Non-standard Situations

Failure to log in to the Expresní linka Plus service?

Only for users with Microsoft Java Virtual Machine.
If you are using Win XP, Win2000 and Win NT systems, you must have administrator's rights to be able to perform this procedure.

  1. Go to the “General” tab (the first one) in the Tools / Internet options menu in your Internet browser (Internet Explorer). Press the “Delete files” button; in the next window, check “Delete all offline content” and press OK. Press “Delete cookies” button.
  2. Still in the “General” tab of the Tools / Internet options menu: Press the “Settings” button; in the next window, press “View objects”. Another dialog appears. Check whether the following files exist: IB CW.osd, IB KTPro.osd, MIB Pack.osd, KB SH Pack.osd, KB CW Pack.osd, and KB KTpro Pack.osd (some of these files may not be displayed). Delete all of these files. If none of the above-mentioned objects is shown, check again whether you are logged in as a user with administrator's rights.
  3. Open the “Personal” tab and click on “Servers” or “Adjust” button in the lower part of the window. Type “mojebanka.cz” in the first line of the newly opened window. Then press “Add” and confirm by pressing OK.
  4. Close all IE windows and restart the Certification wizard or EL Plus. The configuration test will be performed. Confirm all prompts. Further functioning of EL Plus or Certification wizard will be smooth.
