Signatures under the batch
How to use this window
Use this window to view a list of users who have already signed a batch within the framework of multiple authorization. No active operation can be performed in this window. Open this window from detailed view of List of batches or from Batches for authorization. If you close this window, you will return to the previous one.
Description of some terms (such as Header, Notifications, variable and others symbols etc.) can be found in the glossary or in FAQ.
Description of the window and its elements
| Element | Description |
| KB batch ID | A batch identifier generated by the bank. |
| Surname and name | The name of the signatory. |
| Global ID | A user identifier generated by the bank. |
| Date | Date of signing. |
| Time | Time of signing. |
| Role | The role assigned to the user for the subject. It can be found in User profile too. |
| Type of authorization | The status (stage) of authorization after signing by the user. |
| Number of signatures of A authorizers | The number of group A authorizers who have already signed the batch. |
| Number of signatures of B authorizers | The number of group B authorizers who have already signed the batch. |
| Total number of signatures | The number of all signatures under the batch. |
| Total number of signatures required | The total number of signatures required. |
| Close button | Press to close this window and return to the previous one. |
