Order templates

How to use this window

Use this window to display a summary of user-defined payment order templates, foreign payments and SEPA payments. Templates are used for faster entry of orders. Templates are accessible only to users who created them; they do not relate to any payer's account.

Description of some terms (such as Header, Notifications, variable and others symbols etc.) can be found in the glossary or in FAQ.

Description of the window and its elements

Element Description
button Load templates Select this button to open the File loading screen.
button Save templates Select this button to select a location for the file containing templates.
Select sorting of templatesn Use this option to set ascending or descending sorting of the template list by template name.
Display button Press the button to sort templates by the selected criterion.
Check box Mark one or more templates to delete by pressing Delete marked.
Name of order template
(click to modify)		 Click on a name to open modification dialog:
  • Order template modification
  • Modification of foreign payment template
  • Modification of SEPA payment template
  • Modification of SEPA Direct Debit template

    Contra-account number Contra-account number and bank code defined in the template.
    Amount and currency Amount and currency defined in the template.
    Mark all button Press this button to mark (select) all templates. Press again to unmark (deselect) all templates.
    Delete selected button Press to delete selected (marked) templates.
    Add new template button Press this button to display a screen to enter a new template for domestic orders - Order template modification.
    Add new template for foreign payment button Press this button to display a screen to enter a new template for foreign payments - Modification of foreign payment template.
    Add new template for SEPA payment button Press this button to display a screen to enter a new template for SEPA payments - Modification of SEPA payment template.
    Add new template for SEPA Direct Debit button Press this button to display a screen to enter a new template for SEPA Direct Debit - Modification of SEPA Direct Debit template.
