Use this screen to check correctness of data entered in the Setting payment card window.

Description of the window and its elements
| Element | Description |
| Sign and submit for processing button | Press this button to digitally sign the contractual document and send it for processing. |
| Cancel button | Use this button to return to the Setting payment card (weekly limits) window without signing the changes. |
