How to use this window

Use this screen to set weekly limits, contact details and other parameters of payment cards (debit and credit).

You can amend payment card (debit and credit) weekly limits for cash withdrawals, payments at merchants and the total weekly limit. Only account owners (adult users) can amend weekly limits regardless of whether they are also holders of these payment cards.

Rules for setting weekly limits:

The limit for ATM withdrawals, merchant payments and internet payments must not exceed the total card limit.
The total limit of the card must be less than or equal to the maximum total limit.
Limits can be set to 0 or multiples of 100.
You cannot change the ATM withdrawal limit for virtual cards.

Implementation of changes to weekly limits does not cancel amounts of weekly limits already drawn.

Description of the window and its elements

Element	Description
Card number	Payment card number (in a secure format).
Card holder's name	Name and surname of the payment card holder.
Type of card	Type of payment card.
Weekly card limits	Set weekly limits for cash withdrawals, payments at merchants, internet payments and the total weekly limit. You can choose from pre-set limits or select your own limits.
Allow internet payments	Option whether to allow internet payments for the card or not. The option to set this is influenced by the selected type of card.
Enable query for account balance in ATMs	Select whether you want to permit displaying of the balance for the account associated with the issued card in ATMs.
Automatic card replacement	Select whether a new payment card will be manufactured and sent before the old card expires.
*Card delivery address*	The contact address to which the new card will be sent (not applicable to Mobile card). Note: Use the Additional information for address field to enter additional information for the address such as "to the attention of", etc.
Mobile phone	Telephone number for sending the PIN and verification of internet payments via SMS (not applicable to Mobile card). Czech mobile numbers can be entered without the +420 country code. International mobile numbers shall be entered with international country codes in the "+XXXXXXXXXXXXXX" format, without spaces.
Cancel button	Use this button to return to the Detail of payment card window without saving the changes.
Sign and send button	Press this button to open the Setting payment card – authorization window, enabling you to sign and send the request to the bank for processing.
