How to use this window
Use this screen to check the data entered on the Decrease subject limit window and to sign and submit the amendment to the contract to the bank for processing.

Description of the window and its elements
| Element | Description |
| contractual document | To-be-signed contractual document containing the requested changes. |
| Sign and submit for processing button | Press this button to digitally sign the contractual document and send it for processing. |
| Cancel button | Press this button to return to the Subject profile window. The subject limit will not be decreased. |
