Notification of batches
How to use this window
Use this window to enter a new notification on batches and to modify it later. You can open this window from the List of notifications window or from SETTING NOTIFICATIONS | Notification of batches.
If a user sets up regular sending of notifications, the defined addressee will receive a message in the selected channel. The content of the message varies according to the type of notification and the specific set-up. Depending on type, notifications are sent online (instantly at the moment of event occurrence) or in batches on Business Days (from 7 am). Notifications can be sent by SMS to a mobile phone or to an e-mail address.
The user shall set the subject for which he/she wants notifications of rejected batches to be sent.
You can set sending of notifications of rejection of batch payments (should any orders in the batch not be processed, the addressee will receive a message on the number of rejected payments and the total amount of these payments) or notifications of saving a batch for authorization.

Description of the window and its elements

| Send notification if batch payments are rejected / Send notification when a batch is saved for authorization |
Select the type of notification. |
| For subject: | Subject for which the notification is established. |
| Addressee of messages | Used for selecting an addressee from Address book of notification addressees. |
| Channel | Select a channel (SMS, e-mail) for which a specific address of the addressee is filled in. |
| Number/address | Data taken from Address book of notification addressees, specific number or address. |
| Link: New recipient | Click on this link to add another line to enter a new notification recipient. |
| Link: Remove | Click on this link to remove a notification recipient. |
| Sign and save button | Press to open the Notifications - authorization window. |
| Cancel button | Displayed during modification of an existing notification only. It will close this window and return the user to the previous one - List of notifications. |
