Notification of payments
How to use this window
Use this window to enter a new notification on payments and to modify it later. You can open this window from the List of notifications window or from SETTING NOTIFICATIONS | Notification of payments.
If a user sets up regular sending of notifications, the defined addressee will receive a message in the selected channel. The content of the message varies according to the type of notification and the specific set-up. Depending on type, notifications are sent online (instantly at the moment of event occurrence) or in batches (every day from 7 am). Notifications can be sent by SMS to a mobile phone or to an e-mail address.
The user must set up the account for which the notification of payments shall be sent. In addition, the user shall specify conditions for sending notifications.
Depending on set conditions, the addressee will receive a notification of payment from/to the selected account.
Note: Notifications are not created or sent for rejected incoming collection orders from other financial institutions!

Description of the window and its elements
| Element | Description |
| Account number | This field is used for selecting the account whose notifications will be sent. |
| Transaction type | Payment order, Collection order, Standing order or All can be selected. |
| Send notification | Type of payment for which the client wants to send notification (executed, rejected, to be authorized and all). |
| Transaction | Direction of payment (outgoing, incoming, all). |
| Minimum amount | Minimum amount of payment for which he/she wants notifications to be sent. |
| Addressee of messages | Used for selecting an addressee from Address book of notification addressees. |
| Channel | Select a channel (SMS, e-mail) for which a specific address of the addressee is filled in. |
| Number/address | Data taken from Address book of notification addressees, specific number or address. |
| Link: New recipient | Click on this link to add another line to enter a new notification recipient. |
| Link: Remove | Click on this link to remove a notification recipient. |
| Sign and save button | Press to open the Notifications - authorization window. |
| Cancel button | Displayed during modification of an existing notification only. It will close this window and return the user to the previous one - List of notifications. |
