How to use this window
Use this window to create a print report (of statements of transactions) to be printed out on a printer or to be saved as a CSV, TXT or PDF file. These displayed statements are not official bank statements.
Statements can be detailed or brief.
You can create a statement for a selected account for a single day only. Only days with activities in the account are shown in the date selection drop-down list.
The first page shows the statement serial number, following pages show the account number, date of statement and page number.
Data is sorted by:
For credit accounts, non-accounting information such as interest instalments, charges, etc., shall be displayed as well. This information does not affect balances or turnovers in credit accounts.
The maximum capacity of a PDF file is 10,000 transactions. If more transactions are expected, it is recommended to download a TXT file instead.

Description of the window and its elements
Element | Description |
to account | Select the account in the upper frame drop-down list. |
date | Use this drop-down list to select the date for the selected account; only dates on which there were movements in the account will be displayed - with regards to data storage (397 calendar days). You can choose the date using the associated calendar. |
type | The selected account type. |
Brief/Detailed button | Click to toggle between brief and detailed display of the statement for the selected day and account. |
ser. no. | The statement serial number (for each account) is assigned chronologically. No statement can be created for days with no activities in the account, therefore no serial number will be assigned. |
Download CSV button | Use this button to save the statement in CSV format. |
Download PDF button | Use this button to save the statement in PDF format. You can also open the statement and print it out. |
Download TXT button | Press to save statements to a text file. |
