Transaction history

How to use this window

Use this window to display credit and debit transactions related to the selected account cleared during bank night processing or online.
History can be accessed for the past 730 calendar days, with continuous loading from 1st August 2015, however, not before the MojeBanka Business service was established. Transaction history starts to be formed at the moment of the first use of the MojeBanka Business application. These are guaranteed values; transaction history can be even longer.

For credit accounts, non-accounting information such as interest and charges which do not affect balances and turnovers can also be displayed. Non-accounting information is highlighted in the list.
For better orientation, you can display certain transactions only. You can do this by entering a time period or an extended filter that displays only transactions with selected properties (amount range, counterparty's account number, counterparty bank code, VS, CS, SS, to credit/debit/both). All the entered conditions apply for displayed transactions.

The window consists of a header displaying general data and a list of individual transactions. Select the account for which you want to display cleared orders in the upper frame drop-down list. You can either display a brief list with a transaction per row or a detailed list. Transactions are sorted by clearing date - from the latest to the oldest. To view more transactions, you will need more pages of up to 20 transactions per page.

Description of some terms (such as Header, Notifications, variable and others symbols etc.) can be found in the glossary or in FAQ.
