Account profile

How to use this window

Use this window to view information on an account. All assigned users of the account can access its profile. No changes can be done in this window. For each type of account, specific information is displayed along with some general information. See the table showing descriptions of individual profile items.

Description of some terms (such as Header, Notifications, variable and others symbols etc.) can be found in the glossary or in FAQ.

Description of the window and its elements

  • TA - term account
  • Account number Number of the account selected in the upper frame drop-down list.
    Name of account holder Company (or personal, for normal persons) name of the account holder is specified in this field.
    Account type Type of account such as current, term, savings, credit etc.
    Account alias User-defined account alias name.
    Account currency The currency of the account.
    Information as of The date on which the information is valid.
    Current balance (CA, TA, SA) This field shows the account balance after night bank processing of all transactions, i.e. initial account balance in a day.
    Available balance (CA, TA, SA)
    (This is not displayed for an account added to a multi-currency overdraft)
    This field shows the account balance right after night bank processing of all transactions, including the authorized debit. It does not cover today´s activities and possible blocks created during the current day. Currently available balance can be checked via Current available balance.
    Current balance + Today's activities
    (This is displayed only for an account added to a multi-currency overdraft)
    The sum of balance in your account effective as of last night processing, including payments and cash withdrawals executed in the account during the current day.
    Current balance + Today's activities + Bookings
    (This is displayed only for an account added to a multi-currency overdraft)
    The sum of balance in your account effective as of last night processing, including payments and cash withdrawals executed in the account during the current day, lowered by funds blocked in the account.
    Reservation/block/tie up (CA, TA, SA) A blocked amount of the account balance that cannot be withdrawn.
    Authorized debit (CA) Nominal value of the authorized debit or the Overdraft limit stated in the appropriate loan agreement. It is displayed in the currency of the respective current account.
    Days in debit (CA, TA, SA) Number of days for which debit has been drawn.
    Debit due date (CA, TA, SA) The date on which the debit is due, i.e. on which the account must show a credit balance.
    Daily equalization limit (CA) Equalization limit contract value.
    Equalization limit contract termination date (CA) Date to which the contract is valid.
    Account status The actual status of the account (active, new, limited, frozen, closed, undrawn (credit accounts))
    Interest rate (CA, SA, credit accounts) The interest rate of the account, for term account interest rates see Interest rates of term accounts
    Daily subject limit (CA, TA, SA) The subject limit within the framework of a banking day. The limit is set in the contract.
    Daily user limit to account (CA, TA, SA) Specifies the user limit for a bank day for the selected account. The limit is defined at the time of assigning users.
    Account opening date Date of concluding the contract of CA
    Maturity date upon notice (SA) The date on which the noticed amount of a savings account is mature, i.e. the date from which the noticed amount can be drawn without paying a contractual fine.
    Date of notice exercisability (SA) The date until which the noticed amount can be used without paying a contractual fine. After this date, the savings account is closed and another notice must be filed.
    Noticed amount (SA) The amount the client noticed in a savings account
    Term of deposit (TA) The specification of the period for which funds are tied in the term account.
    Automatic roll-over (TA) Yes/No specifies whether the term account will be rolled over after the maturity date.
    Next maturity date (TA) The date on which deposits or withdrawals to/from the term account are allowed.
    Final maturity date (TA) Date of terminating a term account
    Type of credit (credit accounts) Specification of the credit type
    Credit amount (credit accounts) The amount of credit
    Undrawn amount of credit (credit accounts) The amount to be withdrawn from granted credit
    Balance of credit (credit accounts) The amount drawn from the credit
    Next repayment date (credit accounts) The date on which the next repayment is due.
    Next repayment amount (credit accounts) Specification of the next repayment amount
    Late charges (credit accounts) The total amount of late charges in the credit account currency
    Amount overdue (credit accounts) The amount overdue
    Days after due date (credit accounts) Number of days overdue
    Contract signing date (credit accounts) The date on which the credit contract was signed.
    Due date (credit accounts) The date of terminating the credit
    Specified regular monthly repayment (credit card) The amount of calculated regular monthly payment
    thereof amount overdue (credit card) The amount overdue
    Due amount to claim interest-free period (credit card) If this amount is paid, interest will not be charged. This amount refers to the 5th day of the current month (see the print statement); possible partial payments of this amount are not reflected in it.
    Due date to claim interest-free period (credit card) The date until which the amount to claim interest-free period must be paid.
    Interest rate fixed until (mortgage credit) The date until which the interest rate is fixed.
    Use interest-free period button Press the button to open the Payment order in CZK form to pay the whole due amount if you want to use the interest-free period.
    This option is available only if conditions for using an interest-free period are met.
    Early instalment button After selecting it, a form for entering a request for early repayment of the loan will open.
