Notification of available credit card balance

How to use this window

Use this window to enter a new notification on credit card balance and for its later modifications. You can open this window from the List of notifications or from menu SETTING NOTIFICATIONS | NOTIFICATION OF BALANCE | Credit card.

If a user sets up regular sending of notifications, the defined addressee will receive a message in the selected channel. The content of the message varies according to the type of notification and the specific set-up. Depending on type, notifications are sent online (instantly at the moment of event occurrence) or in batches on Business Days (from 7 am). Notifications can be sent by SMS to a mobile phone or to an e-mail address or fax number.

The user shall set the card whose notification of balance he/she wants to send. He/she will choose whether:

the notification will be sent every day (balance in the account may not change)
or in case the balance has changed by a defined amount
if overdrawn

The user must enter at least 1 addressee and select one of his/her channels (SMS, FAX, e-mail).

Note:
Notification of balance does not include blocks resulting from usage of payment cards.

Description of the window and its elements

Element	Description
Card number	This field is used for selecting the card number whose notifications will be sent.
Send notification	Conditions of sending notifications - every day, if the balance has changed by a defined amount in the account currency or if overdrawn.
Addressee of messages	Used for selecting an addressee from Address book of notification addressees.
Channel	Select a channel (SMS, e-mail, FAX) for which a specific address of the addressee is filled in.
Number/address	Data taken from Address book of notification addressees, specific number or address.
Link: New recipient	Click on this link to add another line to enter a new notification recipient.
Link: Remove	Click on this link to remove a notification recipient.
Sign and save button	Press to open the Notification of credit card balance - authorization window.
Cancel button	Displayed during modification of an existing notification only. It will close this window and return the user to the previous one - List of notifications.
