How to use this window

Use this window to:

  • enter an access password to Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business,
  • enter a daily safety limit for payments made via Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business,
  • set permission for payments made via Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business.

    • If you want to make payments to any account in the Czech Republic via Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business, it is necessary to enable these transfers in the assigned telephone in settings. The telephone will be assigned within the framework of the first login to Mobilní banka or the Mobilní banka Business application.

    Description of the window and its elements

    Element Description
    Login ID Identification number for login to Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business.
    Change password Check this box to be able to change the password for Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business.
    Password The password for Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business. The password must contain from 6 to 20 characters.
    Confirm password Field for confirmation of the password.
    Select settings of payments Use this field to set payments from a mobile device:
  • Active access - payments from a paired mobile device to any account within the Czech Republic are permitted,
  • Passive access - payments from any mobile device will not be permitted.

    Daily safety limit Field for entry of a daily safety limit for the user for payments via Mobilní banka and Mobilní banka Business. The limit is restored on the Business (working) days at approx. 8:30 pm, according to the actual closing of the day by the bank system.
    Continue button Press this button to display the Mobilní banka - authorisation window.
