Statements - direct banking delivery notification settings
How to use this window
Use this window to enter notifications of electronic statement direct banking delivery to direct banking (current and archived). To open this window, select SETTING NOTIFICATIONS | Other notifications | Statements in the menu or select the link by the appropriate notification in the List of notifications. You can request the electronic form of the current statement delivery via the Statement setup review window or the Request for archived statement window for archived statements.
In case regular sending of notifications has been set, the defined recipient will receive a notification of statement delivery to the selected channel informing that the statement is available in the Available statements window. Depending on the type, notifications are sent online (instantly at the moment of event occurrence) or in batches on business days (from 7 am).
Notifications can be sent by SMS to a mobile phone or to an e-mail address or fax number.
Note: This notification will not be sent in case sending of statements via e-mail has been set.
Description of the window and its elements
| Element | Description |
| Account number | Drop-down list to select the account whose statements the notification relates to. |
| Statement group | Drop-down list to select the required group of statements (all, account statements, card statements, notifications of balance, other). |
| Addressee of messages | Used for selecting an addressee from Address book of notification addressees. |
| Channel | Select a channel (SMS, e-mail, FAX) for which a specific address of the addressee is filled in. |
| Number/Address | Data taken from Address book of notification addressees, specific number or address. |
| Link: New recipient | Click on this link to add another line to enter a new notification recipient. |
| Link: Remove | Click on this link to remove a notification recipient. |
| Cancel button | Displayed during modification of an existing notification only. It will close this window and return the user to the previous one - List of notifications. |
| Sign and save... button | Press to open the Statement delivery notification - direct banking authorization window. |
