How to use this window

Use this window to display details of service and commercial messages from Komerční banka, a.s. intended for application users. For a list of messages, see List of messages.

The message may contain an option to arrange a product or a meeting with your relationship manager.

Description of the window and its elements

Element Description
Message The number of the page containing the currently displayed message and the total number of pages containing messages.
Sender Message sender - Komerční banka, a.s.
Addressee The name of the subject to receive the message.
Subject A drop-down list containing message subjects. Select the message subject to display details.
Type of message Service or commercial message.
Date of sending Date of sending the message .
<< and >> buttons Use these buttons to scroll between pages.
Save button VPress this button to open a new window and display a formatted message.
Back to list of messages button Press this button to go back to the List of messages screen.

How to use the window

How to display a message:

  1. Select MESSAGEBOX | List of messages in the left frame menu.
  2. If there is an unread message, you can select the Read button in the List of accounts window.
  3. Click Subject in the List of messages window.
  4. The window with the selected message will appear.
