How to use this window

Use this window to top-up the pre-paid SIM card credits of Czech mobile operators (O2, Vodafone, T-Mobile, BLESKmobil).

A pre-paid card credit can be topped-up using a CZK (Czech crowns) current account held by the user and operated via Mojebanka or operated via Mojebanka by the user mandated by another person.

Credit can be topped-up with an amount from CZK 200 to 9 999, up to the remaining daily user and subject limit. If the limit is exceeded, topping-up will not be carried out (i.e. the order will not be saved in the Orders for authorization list and will not be put into multiple and multilevel authorization). Phone top-up order will not be passed to multiple processing (it is rejected in case the current available balance is exceeded).

Komerční banka sends (while processing the order) a request for SIM card credit topping-up to the mobile operator. The credit will be topped-up immediately after the order is booked.

Note: Only in case the functionality of Mobile top-up is used, Komerční banka will hand over the request for topping-up the SIM card in the correct format along with processing of the payment. Sending of the payment to the operator’s account using the Payment order option is not forbidden, but in this case, Komerční banka will not send the request for topping-up to the operator. It depends on the agreement between the client and operator, whether the operator tops-up the SIM card on the basis of the payment.

Description of the window and its elements

Element Description
Account number Number of the payer's account (own account) selected in the upper frame drop-down list. The payment will be debited from this account. A CZK (Czech crowns) current account may be used for mobile phone topping-up.
Previously topped-up numbers: Use this list to select previously topped-up numbers. Only numbers for which the Save number for next topping-up as: option was checked while topped-up will be saved to the list.
Operator Mobile operator drop-down list.
Telephone number The number of the pre-paid SIM card to be topped-up. A 9-digit number shall be entered without any dialing codes.Compulsory field.
Save number for next topping-up as: Check this option to save the number (after topping-up has been authorized) to so-called previously topped-up numbers. At the same time, the number can be named. Uncheck this option (after topping-up has been authorized) to remove the number from the list of previously topped-up numbers.
Amount Required top-up amount. Ranging from CZK 200 to 9 999, in whole crowns. The amount can be selected using radio buttons. If "other" is selected, the amount shall be typed into the empty field. Compulsory field. .
Telephone number for top-up confirmation Telephone number to receive the confirmation SMS message. A 9-digit number shall be entered without any dialing codes. Optional field.
Delete template button Press to delete a telephone number from the previously topped-up numbers list.
Sign and send... button Press this button to open the Top-up mobile - authorization window, enabling you to check entered data of the order, sign and send the order to the bank for processing.

How to get a tax document for topping-up of the credit?

A tax document for the executed payment can be ordered using the operator's call centre or directly at the appropriate operator's sales point.

Can I top-up the pre-paid card of a foreign operator?

No, credit can only be topped-up for pre-paid cards of Czech mobile operators.

What should I do if the pre-paid card credit is not topped-up?

First check the status of top-up order in List of orders. If the status is "booked" and the card has still not been topped-up, contact customer service of the mobile operator.
